Festa Fair

At the occasion of the Bio Fair held in Pietrelcina square from August 20 to August 22, 2004 we offered our olive oil and bags with the different kind of flour: durum wheat, soft wheat, white and integral. And we cooked for about 300 persons a kind of pasta called ‘lagane’ with beans, fried vegetables, rustic pizzas and we served our wine. We presented our project and received much appreciation.
